Shipping policy
We ship with care and intention from Canada.
Every order is packed in small batches and dispatched thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safely to you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard shipping is available on all orders over $60 CAD before tax (excludes orders paid by gift cards).

For orders less than $60, Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 CAD within Canada and $9.99 CAD for the US.

Express shipping is available for a small additional fee, which will be added to the Standard flat rate at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
🇨🇦 Canada: 2–7 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 4–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.
